What is Uzaily?

Uzaily is AI-powered managed hosting on Hetzner cloud. You can run WordPress, Laravel, or Node.js with Dash, an AI assistant that monitors costs, optimises stacks, and helps protect your services.

What is Dash?

Dash is Uzaily’s AI assistant. From the Command Center you can ask things like cost status or stack changes. Dash can perform real actions on your account when you approve them.

What is Cost Guardian?

Cost Guardian tracks hosting spend with Healthy / Warning / Critical style alerts so you are less likely to get surprise bills.

Where do servers run?

Servers run in Hetzner data centres in Germany and Finland.

Are backups included?

Uzaily backs up its own platform. Your hosting server and its data are backed up only if you add the Daily Backups add-on for that server (the last 7 days are kept while the add-on is active). You can turn it on from your server page. Please also keep your own copies of important data.

How do plans and billing work?

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The seller is Hallridge Holdings LLC. See Pricing and the Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund?

New paid subscriptions may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@uzaily.com with your account email and order details. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
